Pellet barbecue without electricity with pyrolytic combustion. The compact size and low weight make it easy to transport and use. Pellet barbecue with a solid and professional look, it is perfect for an intense and long lasting use. The cover with integrated thermometer that permits more elaborate cookings, as if you were using a professional oven. It is equipped with a lever for the switching off and the pellet charge, just like the Easy Plus model. The lateral shelves, made of stainless steel, can be closed to move the barbecue easily. Equipped with 3 in 1 brush, smoke exhaust pipe and stainless steel chimney. The temperature can be adjusted anytime.

MyBBQ
MyBBQ has compact dimensions and low weight for easy transport. The materials are specially treated to withstand the high heat and cooking fast. MyBBQ is offered with two different thick cast iron plates, with enamelling treatment, specific for food use. The classic CORRUGATED supplied with the barbecue and, on request, the SMOOTH, more specific for cooking foods such as fish and vegetables and for greater ease of cleaning.

By simply pressing a button, you can smoke different types of meat, such as brisket or ribs, cook a pizza or steak to perfection, cook a roast with the rotisserie provided and much more. The barbecue is powered by 100% food-grade wood pellets and depending on the type, the food being cooked can take on a smoky taste or a light flavoring. The easy-to-use digital control screen allows you to set the temperature from 98°C, for indirect low and slow cooking, up to 315°C for direct cooking. Constructed from 2 mm thick steel, these high-performance barbecues are meant to last a long time. Pellet barbecues are designed to get maximum cooking versatility and the best aroma.
