Two stories that meet, those of the D’Alessandro and Dino Di Resta family, who, both united by entrepreneurial courage, give life to the new brand D and D design by D’Alessandro, which in addition to giving renewed lifeblood to the production of industrial boilers of which D’Alessandro has been the undisputed leader in the sector for 50 years, will create an exclusive and unique line of thermo stoves and thermo-fireplaces for domestic use, which combines the extreme beauty with the extreme savings, thanks to the design and the characteristic of absolute innovation, given by the multi-fuel fuel system.
The D and D Design opens up to a business evolution that is being rebuilt in its entirety thanks to the choice of the D’Alessandro family not to give up in the face of market criticalities suffered in recent years and the undisputed professionalism of Dino Di Resta, whose managerial path has shown the international entrepreneurial sector how much it is worth believing in a dream and in the creation of new markets, based on competence and instinct and projected towards authoritative successes.

The merger project D and D design by D’Alessandro was presented in recent days at the company headquarters in Miglianico (the company includes another important logistics hub of approximately 11 thousand square meters on the municipal area of Vacri, Chieti).
The press conference took place in the presence of the D’Alessandro family, Dino Di Resta, the mayors of Miglianico Fabio Adezio, of Vacri Piergiuseppe Mammarella, of Ari Marcello Salerno, the provincial secretary of Fiom Cgil Andrea De Lutiis, the general manager of Progetto Fuoco Raul Barbieri and several of the most qualified retailers in the sector from all over Italy.

The D’Alessandro Termomeccanica Company was founded in 1978 by Raffaele D’Alessandro, now joined by his daughters Antonella and Domenica. It produces biomass boilers and heat generators with the aim of making products according to the highest quality standards, ensuring reliability and excellent energy performance with very low environmental impact.
The wide range of powers (from 20 kW to 5,000 kW) allows its application in many sectors aimed at satisfying various needs: from heating in the agricultural and livestock sector, in private residential or district heating to the production of hot water and steam for the operation of industrial plants of different types and sizes.
D’Alessandro Termomeccanica heat generators are built to be powered by solid fuels, in particular pellets and biomasses from the processing of agricultural and forestry residues such as wood, olive pomace, shells and crushed fruit kernels, wood chips, shavings and sawdust, which, among renewable energy sources, represent a great resource for man and for the protection of the environment. Until 2014, the company had an exponential growth materialized in the peak of turnover of about 10 million euros.
Thanks to the reversal of the market trend that has affected the sector, there have been declines in the years to come, up to slipping to the turnover of about 4 million euros in 2019, without however ever affecting the very high quality standard of production and performance.
